Getting Care

As a Participant of AmeriHealth Caritas Pennsylvania (PA) Community HealthChoices (CHC), we want to make sure you get the care you need, when and where you need it.  Here’s how you can get started. 

To get started

• Make sure you have your ID card
• Choose your primary care practitioner (PCP)
• Learn these important phone numbers
